This webpage is an information and organisation portal for the community of property owners in Maspalomas Lago. If you own a bungalow in this complex, you will be able to access relevant information and updates online. Also, you can get in touch with members of the junta if you encounter a problem in the complex.

As this webpage is for a closed community, we need to restrict access to only those people who are part of our community. An account with some personal data is the usual way to ensure this.

For an account, you will have to provide you full name, your mobile phone number, an email and a password. This data is the absolut minimum for the services we offer. The password will only be saved in hashed form. The telefone number and email will be encoded and saved in our database. We will only use your data for internal communication or security queries. We will never pass on your data to third parties without your consent. All the usual safety precautions have been taken, but we can't assure you 100% safety - no one can!

My name is Manuel Schmitt. I am owner of one of the bungalows and am member of the Junta.

The email is a good way for us to make sure you are really you. We use the email to identify a user (as a username) and we can use it to offer services like a password-recovery. The telefone-number is a fast and easy way to get back to you when you send us an inquiry. Also, in the future we will use it for a remote voting feature for people who cannot attend our meeting.
